As part of the run Team, I provided support for 25 + production, test, and development servers running Solaris, zones, and Veritas Volume Manager. Proactively monitored the alerts from Nagios and acted on the alerts and strived to keep the setup healthy and meet the SLA commitments.

Followed the structured process for server changes, including Detailed planning for patching, hardware replacements, filesystem additions, and security hardening to ensure smooth deployments.
