Leadership

I believe in an empowering and supportive leadership style. Just as the pressure applied to a pen affects handwriting, the way I manage people involves finding the right balance between providing freedom and guidance.

Here are some key principles I follow :

I delegate tasks and trust my team members to complete them effectively. I give them the freedom to find solutions and own their work, similar to how I expect to be treated by my own manager.

While I expect team members to fulfill their assigned responsibilities, I reserve special recognition for those who demonstrate initiative and creativity.

When new opportunities arise, I consider all team members' skills and experience. I also facilitate learning by pairing interested individuals with experienced peers for those who express interest.

When conflicts arise, I actively listen to understand the situation from all perspectives before making informed decisions. This approach helps find solutions that are fair and address the root cause of the issue.

I avoid contacting team members on weekends and holidays unless absolutely necessary, ensuring they have time for personal life and maintain a healthy work-life balance.

I encourage team members to share their learnings with each other. This fosters collaboration, continuous learning, and mutual up-skilling within the team.

I believe in providing constructive criticism when needed. If someone requires improvement, I offer clear guidance and support to help them develop. Additionally, I defend them if a mistake occurred through no fault of their own.

By keeping the team focused on deliverables and effectively managing team dynamics, I created a collaborative and inclusive environment where everyone felt empowered to contribute their best work.
